As part of our evaluation of the "whole person," we analyze an individual's interests, personality and work style, as well as his or her mental ability and job skills.  We then match the results of our analysis (including personality and interests) to the requirements of the position and management style of your company.  Our evaluation program is very comprehensive and includes:

Three to four hours of extensive testing which includes intelligence, job skills, interests and personality.

In-depth personal interviews conducted by our human resource professionals.

A common sense interpretation of the results presented verbally and in written report form outlining  our findings and recommendations.

Testing and evaluation services can provide you with valuable information for making sound decisions relative to hiring, firing, promotion, transfer and/or outplacement.  It can also be beneficial to individuals entering the workforce or considering a career change.

Testing can be completed at our office, your company or a neutral location.  Evening and weekend testing appointments can normally be accommodated.  Verbal test results are generally available to the client within 24 hours.
